The cakes we find nowadays are loaded with nasties such as food colorings, artificial ingredients, trans fats, and high fructose corn syrup. Take this cooking class and explore healthier versions of a delicious birthday cake that utilize natural ingredients that are health supportive for your special occasions! We will discuss the various options for frostings (e.g., lemon, German chocolate, chocolate, chai, and nut butter) as well as learn about, share, & taste a couple of different cake recipes.
