Hawaii is a tropical archipelago blessed with a bounty of exotic produce and fresh seafood. Its population is diverse, with a proud indigenous people. These are the makings of an eclectic, bold, and fresh multicultural cuisine that embraces everything from raw fish to roast Kalua pig. All of this informs the menu at Alan Wong's, Shanghai.
