Aloha, it's Kukui!
It is a chilly morning....63 degrees! We need a jaket, isn't it!
Anyway,,,, loco people loves "butter mochi" Do you know this? Have you eaten it? This is not a traditional Japanese mochi...very unique and contemporary taste!
But I recomend to eat "butter mochi" at once in Hawaii.
Ingredients are butter, mochi-ko, eggs, suger, coconuts milk.....
